hey everyone!! I've been on here a bit but only looking, now it's my turn to post :)
I've been searching and searching for dresses for A year now, back and forth to all the stores in my city , even booked a dressmaker in cos I had given up hope to find one!!!
But now I think I have!!!
What do u all think!?!?
Its the new essence of Australia D1460
so sorry it's so big and on its side!!!!!!
it's also way too big for me, needs to be taken in majorly but I love it now imagine it all skin tight haha!!!!!
Aww thanks darlings I'm glad. I think if people were to be honest it would have here :)
@peonyinparis: aww thanks glad I like it. :) it's actually way too big for me and is really loose , ill need it taking in :) :)
Gorgeous! Love the fabric and the way the 'pleats' on the skirt fall. Will really show off your lovely figure too, especially when it fits properly. Congratulations (I know how difficult the dress journey can be, think I've just chosen mine though too, so can join you in your happiness)!
wow, gorgeous! congrats on findng the dress!! so beautiful! and so very flattering!
A beautiful dress and ii look great on you! Very classic, but also original.
And trust me, I'm Dutch, so I'm completely honest
Gee, I'm married for almost two years, but this one would be on my list.
If your date is March 8, 2013, as your WB tagline says, how are you going to get this dress in time?
Gorgeous! I loooooove Essense of Australia, they make some beautiful gowns. I think it's perfect for you.
I love it! So pretty! I also like the pleating and the sparkly waist detail :)
@lovekiss: the lovely lady at the store is going to sell me the floor sample, which has only been tried on twice !!! I'm very lucky
Thanks so much people!! I feelike a weight off my shoulders finding one I love :)
Thanks guys can't waaaaait to get it fitted! will post a pic ASAP it's all finished
Beautiful dress! You have a gorgeous body! Congratulations on finding 'the one'! :)
@blessings: not the belt in the photo as it has a bit of black stones in it and i didnt like it, more something like this:

or this? what one do u think??

@nearlymarriedlass: i like the second one better. But the dress looks so elegant w/out one too. That's where im gonna have a hard time to do a belt or not.
I'd go with the first belt - when the bling narrows on each end it helps to make your waist look even smaller ;) Are both about the same price?
@cali_cat: After relooking have to agree...personally would have to find one w/more bling.
@blessings: the dress is stunning without a belt too I agree. Maybe u could not wear one for ceremony then put one on for reception??
@cali_cat: really see I think the other belt makes the waist look smaller cos it wraps all the way around pulling it in?? Haha I dunno!!! I haven't tried the second one on because they didn't have one, and I'm getting it made so its a big call. Although not sure if u guys have heard of dhgate.com but they have some belts for cheap so might order 2 :)
Ps those photos of the belts isn't me in the dress, I'm sure u know this thou :)
@nearlymarriedlass: It may depend on our different body shapes - I just know that for me, the all around belt just kind of cut me off and made me look stubby. But I've seen it work on other girls and it looks wonderful. Guess you'll have to buy a few and return the ones that don't work!
