@firemanslady haha ain't that the truth! We had some mutual friends over and he pulled one (my best friend...who introduced us) into the other room and apparently was going over "details of the plan" with her still, so...

oh, you know its going to come straight out of left field right? you wont be expecting it at all! My FI was dropping hints for september 19 or 20 and then he did it september 12! And i wouldn't have changed it at all. I totally know where you are right now though...waiting sucks! does he have the ring yet?

TheBoy's been dropping hints all week...I think he might be asking this weekend. I know there's a "big surprise" going down, and my best friend is also in on it - as has she been in on the proposal planning. I'm really excited, thinking this might be it....And at the same time, terrified that it isn't and that I am getting my hopes up for nothing. TheBoy has been teasing me with having it all planned out for some time, and...ahhh. I don't know what to think. I'm excited and nervous that he will...and really nervous that he won't.
