...he must not have because we are having a BOY!

We just got back from our ultrasound and are still in shock. I wanted a girl so bad and DH just revealed to me after we found out the sex that he also wanted a girl (before he was saying it didn't matter). I think it is impossible for our family to have girls (lol). All our siblings have boys as well, but we are thrilled.

We are excited about our little man. It hasn't completely sunk in yet. I can't wait to tell my mom when she gets out of work. We already texted all our siblings. Let the shopping and decorating begin!!

So exciting!  That is a great surprise - little boys kill me, they're so cute...

    When are you due?
Hope the pregnancy is going great!

Congrats! I told DH that when we start trying, I want a girl. And it's up to him to make it happen!

Congrats!  I always tell fi that if we end up with 2 boys (we only want 2 kids) the second one is going to mommy and me ballet with me.  Only having sons will not deprive me of that experience, lol.

But, I LOVE the color green, and baby boy polo onsies, and baby boy SHOES!  They're just so cute!

Congratulations!!! Boys make great older brothers -I have 2 and love them dearly!

(Also, @Goldilocks they say the sex is just as much up to the woman because of her... "environment" and timing it part of it too)

@MandaMack: haha We only want two too, but I was saying today maybe we need three since both our moms had two boys and the third was a girl. We love green too!

@AnamCara: I'm due mid-late April. Not 100% sure yet because I was a week ahead at my ultrasound. The tech said my OB-GYN may or may not change my due date and we wont find out until our next appointment at the end of the month.

@Goldilocks1107: Glad I'm not the only one who tells their SO that.

@PinkBubbleGum: Yes they do! I have two as well.

Yay, congrats!  I don't know why, but I don't even think I knew you were pregnant!  Or I did and forgot because of pregnancy brain, lol.

@Lillindy:@His Barista: Thank you! I had mentioned it on a thread or two but haven't really said much because we were still finishing up everything with the wedding. Once the wedding was over and we settled back in it was time to focus on the baby!

Congratulations!!!  Good luck on a happy healthy baby boy!!!! I can't decide what I want to have first - I think FI wants a girl, but I've always wanted an older brother, so I'm leaning towards having a boy...NOT that we have a choice!!! As long as s/he is healthy, thats the most important thing right? :)

Awww congrats!!!! With my first baby I wanted a Girl SOOOOO bad! But...at my 18 week ultrasound there was my little boy with his legs over his head and his little "thingy" sticking out! It took awhile but I LOVED having a little boy first! Little boys put their mommas up on a pedistal!

Last week we found out we are having a Girl! I was convinced I wouldnt be able to have a girl and would end up with all boys for the rest of my life. Boy was I wrong!!!! Like my husband has been telling me for the past 3 years, "You'll get your girl!!!" Enjoy!!!!

    Yea! Congrats!

My husband wants boys (of course). I told him he's going to end up with 4 girls. :) I'd be surprised if we didn't have a girl first based on family history - his sister is the oldest, my mom is the oldest (then all boys), I'm the oldest (then 2 boys, then a girl). We have a strong running for first born girls.

Congratulations!  It's about time people started evening out the girl boy disparity that's existed in the hive :)  I know 2 little boys just about Cecilia's age and they are so cute and so much fun!

    Thanks everyone!

I just realized that I am almost 5 months and in another 4 more our little man will be here. Sometimes pregnancy seems so long, but others it appears to fly by.

I personally think baby boy clothes are 15 times cuter than little girl clothes!

    Yay babies!

@Lozza: We both REALLY do actually!  But, we both figure since that's what we want we'll get thrown for a loop and get a girl, lol.

P.S. I was at Macy's this past weekend and they have THE most adorable clothes for little boys!
