@Lillindy: I've seen them done for centerpieces too! And every table had a theme...like one "cake" was bathtime, so it was decorated with bath toys :) LOVE
Alright, not going to lie, I was expecting there to be a picture of a baby or at least a sonogram in here. Kinda as a "ha ha, I'm pregnant" announcement...
OMG, that's so funny! My SIL is having her diaper shower this weekend and Logan is at the top of the list for names! Too cute!!
I was going to order her a diaper cake, did you know they go for like $120-$150??? You should sell them, LOL!

@daydreamwanderer: I knew some bees might think that! 
The bottom tier is made with washclothes, then the 2nd has hats and socks, the top are onesies and mittens, then a teether and the initial.
@MightySapphire: i thought about selling them, but I wouldn't know how to ship it!! They are pretty expensive if you purchase online. This one only costs $50!
@ RoddyBride09 : The moms I've made them for do use the diapers!! I think that babies go through them so quick that I wouldn't waste saving it even if it was pretty!!

I always wondered about that. I know I would definitely use them but I can see where some women wouldn't if the diaper cake wasn't protected by the cellophane covering.
They are really cute though!
I don't remember being picky about diapers when I was babysitting, LOL. You're so careful about everything, but really babies grab things off the floor all the time just to shove them in their mouth. A sterile diaper would be kind of silly since they are going to poo in it. I'd use EVERY diaper!

A diaper cake!! A friend asked me to make this for her friend! I just wanted to show ya'll! For those crafty bees, the next time you get invited to a baby shower, make one of these, it makes a great gift and is a beautiful centerpeice!
In the "cake" there are: plenty of diapers, washclothes, onesies, pacifiers, a teether, mittens, and socks! I also personalized it with the soon to be born baby's name!
