Hmm...it was a few years ago (a stand mixer was one of the first gifts my parents gave me after I graduated from college) but I'm going to guess chocolate chip cookies or buttercream frosting! I LOVE my KitchenAid and use it all the time!

I have had my stand mixer for over 4 months now and I finally used it for the first time yesterday :) I made cupcakes (with a hand mixer) but I made buttercream icing from scratch since all the canned icing always melts all over the cupcakes. It was fun! If you can remember, what was the first thing you made in your stand mixer (or what will be the first thing you make when you get it)
