I ordered my dress back in July and the woman said it should arrive within 16 weeks. I’m doing this long distance and I’ll actually be in the area next week and I thought… How perfect! I’ll be able to pick up my dress when I’m there! It’s been 15 weeks and I haven’t heard anything so I decided to give them a call. The woman on the phone said I shouldn’t expect my dress in until January!!!! What???? Then why did you tell me 12-16 weeks when I ordered????

I ordered my dress in May. They told me it would be in around October/November. Then a few montsh ago I got a call saying my dress was scheduled to ship December 30th!!!!! I was shocked but what can ya do right? Then lo and behold I get a call out of the blue in early November saying my dress was in! So I guess you just never know. Keep your head up, she will come for you! 🙂

Who are the designers of your dresses?

Do you have a contract saying when the estimated arrival date is? If so, you could complain about it being late and maybe get some money back.

My gown was a Sottero & Midgley and I ordered July. 2010 and didnt receive until end of Feb. 2010.
Dont mean to make excuse on their behalf, but maybe consider holiday vacations in turn there being closed and/or delivery delays.
I hope you get your gown SOON!

It’s not a big deal since I have time, it’s just annoying.
I looked over receipt, but unfortunately it doesn’t state a delivery time on it (D’OH!!).
When I asked why all she said was that they aren’t expecting another shipment from that designer until December 21st. Boooo.
@Mrs.LilyLunaLove: I hope that happens to me!!! 😀
@Willow1991: The designer is Private Label
