Add lisianthus and ranunculus to the list of “fluffy” flowers. Also, I found that many of the roses that were “fluffiest” were called things like garden roses, antique roses, etc — and of course they’re more expensive. But so pretty!

Another vote for peonies and hydrangeas!  Peonies are very seasonal, you may be able to get them in early April.  Hydrangea you can pretty much get year round, though (and is probably a pretty budget-friendly choice).  Garden roses are also oh-so-pretty and ruffly, though florists will err towards getting you tighter buds.  Those are still gorgeous but not all big and fluffy like they can be.

(Though my peonies are barely still blooming and my hydrangea may or may not bloom later this summer thanks to some killer frost this spring)

Wedding top tip:  Plant your wedding flowers in your home garden, you’ll be reminded every spring!

I had garden roses which are fluffy!  Peonies weren’t in season so I looked for what was 😉 and bam new flower obsession.

@Soon2BD-CBee:  I have peonies and lilies in pots!  But you have the rest of your life to find a place with a little bit of dirt in the sun that you can garden in, or at least a sunny windowsill.  🙂
