    They were so helpful, and I love my ring! Every time I had a question they would answer it right away. I would def reccomend them!

    Everything went great. My husband got mine around February 2011. After he proposed, we noticed after lots of staring, that the stone was set a little crooked. We were a few days past the return deadline but they still took it back and reset it at no charge. I still get mesmerized at the sparkle to this day. 🙂 As for poorly made, I’m pretty rough with my hands and it has held up perfectly.

    Ok…so is there a  huge difference between them and moissanite.com….ive seen reviews both ways for both….just like every other jewlery place out there….whats the 411???

    My FI got a loose stone from MoissoniteCo, so I can’t comment on their complete rings, but the stone is gorgeous and I’ve had no problems with it. FI also said he asked them a ton of questions and their customer service was really good about answering all his questions and working with him.

    @MsMidwesternCharm:  I can assure you that are deeply committed to providing our customers with the best possible quality jewelry and customer service.  We are human and we do make mistakes, but we are continually trying to improve.  In the past weeks there have been a few threads (I count 3) concerning our company, and all 3 had to do with warranty repairs (two with Moissanites chipping and one with a damaged band).  I can honestly say that the % of Moissanite stones that chip from regular use is very small, less than 0.1%.  But like a diamond it is possible.  The best thing is to get the ring insured, and we provide free appraisals to do so.  If you live in the US it is very inexpensive through Jewelers Mutual.  If not, we also offer a discount repair service and deep discounts to replace damaged Moisanite gemstones.

    I am very pleased with experience we had a MoissaniteCo! They were very quick to respond to all my (million) questions! They even offered to send me a wax mold since I kept going back and forth between 2 settings because of the 2mm band difference lol!

    I didn’t buy a ring but my husband did buy me a moissanite necklace for me to wear at our wedding and I love it! It was a great deal, as it was $1000 less than an almost identical diamond version that I made him return. It came very quickly and I have had zero problems with it and wear it often. I would and have recommended the company to a bunch of my friends. I am going to buy earrings next 🙂

    This is my old moissaniteco engagement ring. Even with being a total klutz and dropping it a number of times, it still lasted longer than the relationship did. XD

    Customer service was great, and answered all the neurotic-bordering-on-paranoid questions I had with patience and expertise.

    My experience with the customer experience was good–nothing outstanding, nothing bad. But I didn’t care for the stone so I sent it back.

    my wedding band is from moissaniteco.com (not my e-ring). I’ve been wearing it every day for the past 11 months and it looks just as beautiful as it did coming out of the box. I don’t take my ring off for much (I wear it in the shower, sleeping, cleaning, etc), so that’s a statement for it’s good quality.  as you can see from the image below, it has small prongs, but it seems sturdy and good to me. 

    customer service was extremely helpful and answered my many questions promptly and politely.

    my favorite story about them: I was worried about how one ring was going to look in real life, and I didn’t want to have to pay the restocking fee. so they offered to send me one they happened to have in stock that was too small, just so I could look at it! shipping was free. the idea was that if I liked it, then I’d return that one and order it in my size. in my opinion, this went above and beoynd. 

    also, when it was time to order my eternity ring, I asked them if they could make one that was 3/4 eternity to save a little money, and they said yes and gave me a price quote. very helpful!

    Amazingly amazing! FI ordered my ring at the end of December with the hope that it would arrive by our anniversary on the 4th of January but the ring didn’t come until the 5th so held off proposing until he found the right moment, at the same time he wasn’t sure I was going to love my ring because it was unenhanced and warm looking in certian lights so he wanted the option of being able to return the ring. MoissaniteCo’s return policy is 30 days but they extended it for FI so long as he kept the tag on. I finally got my ring on Valentine’s Day and of course I couldn’t have been happier!

    I rave about them every chance I get THEY ARE AMAZING!

    Both Fi and I asked about a million questions and every single question was answered very quickly and the answers were always above and beyond what I was asking!

    We first ordered only my E-ring so we could check out the quality and make sure that I LOVED the ring (I DO!)

    When we went back to order they didn’t have the option of buying the matching band for my ring anymore I had a little mini freak out but Emailed and chated with the amazing people there and they set up my very own listing for me so that I could buy the band that matched my ring! 

    I could not say enough good things about them! My ring still looks brand new (minus a few expected scratches on the setting) but those are buffed out easily!

    Haven’t bought from them, but every question I’ve ever asked has been promptly answered.  I would definitely like to buy something from the someday.
