I found these little bird nest cookies that are so super easy to make and so cute to go along with my lovebird theme. It’s not going to be the favor really, since we are doing a candy bar, but I wanted to put one on each place setting. What is the best way to do that? Should I wrap them in a clear bag? Ideas?? Thanks!

I would put them in a small clear box and tie with a bow. Very cute!

I would place it in a chocolate brown candy cup that is just the right size so it barely shows. You need something to be sanitary and to protect the linens from the chocolate.
Or find a mini dish from http://www.smartyhadaparty.com
or, use porcelain soup spooons, depending on the size of the bird’s nest.

@julies1949: I like this idea. It would be a pretty presentation. And if it’s not the actual favor it probably doesn’t matter that’s it’s not completely wrapped up to be taken home – they could just eat it at the reception. 🙂

I made these when i hosted our Easter dinner and since they weren’t dessert and were more of a decoration, i put them on a cake plate as a centerpiece and surrounding the cake plate on coaster right on the table. Super cute and they are very sturdy.
Folks were picking out the eggs though!

@GreenGables: I was thinking that most people would eat it right away!
