I went to try that dress on yesterday!  No pictures.  I was SO disappointed by the quality and construction.  The fabric was not very nice.  and the way the skirt’s layer’s were attached to the skirt was horrible.  In the back you could see where they were attached.  I already have an Enzoani dress which cost only a few hundred more than this one but the quality and construction is like night and day.

I would not recommned this dress.

I just tried that one on today and loved it!  Sorry, I forgot my camera at home (ARGH!!!), but I have to say they look better on than they do on the models, even with my square body.  The one I didn’t want to take off was not even one I want to take off.

The dress you like is very light and airy, the construction is decent but be very careful not to step on it.  They did tell me that they are still working on the busseling of the dresses as “Vera doesn’t DO bussels so she didn’t make them to bussel.”  The only one I thought was really heavy but still STUNNING was the one with the straps.

@runnerbeez: No i only tried on that one.  Like I said, I already have a dress so I wasn’t really dress shopping.  I was just REALLY curious about that particular dress.

Awww Embarassed Thanks @runnerbeez and @IlsaLund. I have a lot of support either way. It’s been an interesting experience battling the classic, traditional, timeless dress from the boutique vs. the fun, flirty, contemporary dress from DB. People’s opinions run strong and deep, especially on white vs. color. It all comes down to wearing a dress I love with no regrets. Wish me luck on the decision!

@runnerbeez: Thanks dear! My mom agrees with you…I’m just having an identity crisis 🙂 Who do I want to be when I get married? This process is ridiculous, but in the end I WILL be happy with my decision.

@pink.sequins: i loved that dress on you too! I wasn’t crazy about the pink color. It does look beautiful on you, but I’m more traditional with the white. Also, when will you ever get to wear a white gown again? Don’t they carry it in white and ivory as well?

Sadly, I kinda have to agree about the quality.  Wow, I thought it was just me, but now that you pointed that out, you’re right.  On the 351011, there were certain sections where you could see the skirt it was stitched on.  Honestly, I still loved them.  They’re very beautiful, but you do have a point about the quality.
