It's okay to enjoy yourself sometimes! At least you are going to spinning tonight!
yeah, all in moderation! once you go to spinning those "guilty" feelings will fly out the door :D
I was bad too! I had some fried food on Saturday and big bowl of pasta yesterday, oops. But it was good! It happens, I don't really get bent out of shape about it.. yet. By April I'm probably gonna be out of control with watching what I eat.
sound like you were a happy bee this weekend :) i'm glad i'm not going to be in that spinning class. i tried spinning once with my friend who is also a fitness instructor and i left SORE!!!
Yeah - it was a nice treat this weekend. I just have to make sure it doesn't become habit! And if you guys ever go to a group fitness class and you seem to be working out harder than usual, it's probably because the instructor was "bad" and needs a good workout too and is taking it out on you! At least, that's what I'm doing! 
Oh i was awful. I made homemade stuffing and turkey plus a low calorie pumpkin cheesecake. I was careful with the butter and everything, but i definitely ate more than I should have! I feel so gross today...definitely looking forward to the gym tonight! I keep missing monday spin b/c i don't sign up earlier enough...if you miss one monday, you miss the next b/c you can't sign up quick enough. So tonight i'll sign up for NEXT week, haha. I love spin =]
I was horrid this weekend! I ate hamburgers and ice cream =\ gulp! Luckily I had my little girl this weekend and the playing tag and hide and go seek added with the trampoline jumping gave me some sort of exercise. i hope
Okay - I'm back on the healthy train. I took a 15 minute walk during my lunch hour and it's almost time to spin. And I asked FH to cook me up a chicken breast for dinner (he'll get home before me) then I'll steam some veggies and add some brown rice. Nice and healthy (and maybe add some BBQ sauce for a little more flavor). Yum!
I had vegatable lasagna from Whole foods last night! I ate about a pound of it ); Tonight I will hit the gym though.
haha, honestly, that sounds like my kind of weekend! though i tend to be more lax about my eating on the weekend than i am about my eating the rest of the week so this sounds exactly like something i'd do. no worries! just hop right back on track and you'll be fine.

Delicious Italian food and dessert on Saturday, popcorn at the movie, then a big breakfast and onion rings on Sunday. My scale did not have happy news for me this morning.
Good thing I have spinning tonight! I was going to do an easier workout for the class today, but because I was bad this weekend, everyone in my spin class gets to do a kick-butt workout tonight! I guess that's the great thing about being the teacher - I get to be evil once in awhile.
