Preach It!  W()()T!!!   I don’t feel the need to drop a pound unless I feel the need to.  If you love your body, you’re doing better than the majority of women!

Congrats on getting a healthy attitude about what your nayslayers are spouting. I have seen many pics of beautiful full-figured brides and as we ALL know, beauty comes in all shapes and colors. Pick the dress of your dreams and wear it with pride.

WHen they attempt to tell you how to run your wedding – tell ’em to put a sock in it – this is YOUR wedding – they can plan THEIR weddings any way they want!

Woo-hoo! I love reading comments like this (sadly few and far between) where women decide to love their bodies, as they are. So much of weddings seem to be about the “show” and how everything will look to other people or in photos – from the decorations//cake/dress, and the woman’s own body! So you’re totally putting the focus back where it should be – not an image of (temporary) perfection, but a celebration of love – of your relationship, and love of yourself!

Woohoo!

Isn’t it odd that both people close to you and random strangers when they hear you are getting married think it’s suddenly OK to enquire about how quickly you’re losing weight?! I haven’t dieted, and my dress isn’t a traditional wedding dress either – I had a dress made to flatter my current figure – I want to look like me on my wedding day!

When you find that blue dress, I want to see pics!
