@MrsRevolutionize:  I was doing really well with my clean eating/work out routine until I got sick with the flu/sinus infection for a good 5 days. That was spent in bed, eating whatever I “craved” that way I would at least eat. I told myself that I was going to get up, go to work, and start eating healthy again. Which for the most part I have- but I personally am having trouble getting back into working out. I think what you (and I) need to do is just tell ourselves that we have to do it. Make it so its not a “choice”- like work. You HAVE to go to work every day so you can make a living, you HAVE to work out and eat right for healthy living… does that make sense?

Regardless, YOU CAN DO IT!!!

@MrsRevolutionize:  I am in the same boat!! I was working out 4x a week and eating well for awhile with FI and then got a nasty sinus and ear infection which left me in bed for days. I just got done with antibiotics and I’m so sluggish and not motivated after missing 2 weeks of the gym. I need motivation too bees! Commenting to follow.

@MrsRevolutionize:  Yep I’m the same way! Once I actually start, I’m fine… its just actually starting. I decided to give up my gym membership because I wasn’t ever going, it was much easier for me to do things at home and that did help with the process.

@MrsRevolutionize:  So I FINALLY went back to the gym last night. It wasnt as bad as I thought, although I didnt push myself too much. Im going again tonight. I just needed to get back in the swing of things. With 3 months to my wedding, its time to get on it!!!

@MrsRevolutionize:  Start slow with manageable goals! Don’t hop into it  being like ‘I’m going to work out every day for a month and run for 1 hr’ First couple days I would work on on an easy cardio machine- elliptical or something, and some light weights. After a couple days you probably will be more motivated and feel better 🙂

Also if you are still sluggish and tired from being sick- just focus on your diet ( its 80% of weightloss if that is your goal) and get back to the gym when you feel better!!
