Just looked into it a little…Not sure if it’s regulated by the FDA. I never trust these herbal fixes as I don’t think they are long term solutions. My friend is taking all these pills from GNC and she has lost weight…I’m just not sure at what cost, or if she plans to take these expensive pills for the rest of her life.

I’m glad it’s working for you, but please be careful!

@Soon2BMrsC21:  i tried the 24 day challenge and got through the first 10 days, which as you know are the cleanse.  once i started the next 14 days i only go to day 2 before i threw in the towel.  i was driving up to the store and work area and got SUPER dizzy and pulled into a parking sport.  thankfully it was close because i felt so poorly.  i walked to work to hang out because i was shaky, dizzy, lightheaded, and nauseous and didn’t feel safe driving home the 20 minutes.  at work they started an IV on me and gave me a liter of fluids because i looked so poorly, pale and what not.  it took about 3 hours before i felt okay enough to drive home and really didn’t feel much better till the next day.

the lesson of the story…just make sure you know what you are taking and getting yourself into.  when i told the rep, who is a friend, what had happened, i was accused of taking it without eating or drinking enough.  i drink 2L of water a day, everday. and i was and am eating a balanced diet (then more so than now). everyone’s body is different so if you find that you are sensitive to things please be super careful.

I just wanted to say: congrats on quitting smoking!!

I quit last year and I knoooow what you mean! I probably replaced each cigarette with pound of chocolate hahaha.

Good luck sticking to it! It sounds like you’re doing really well.
