I think I'm worse than you. I went to the Salvation Army recently to look for a small television to put in the basement, since the one there recently broke. Instead, I came back with a 57" HDTV.
Target has such adorable stuff. I want one of their GIANT heart pillows that they have right now.

I love Target! We call it "the $100 store" as you can go in there with good intentions for just one thing but somehow still come out spending $100!! They get me every time but it's shopping therapy for me. In fact, I think I'll go today...
That turned out really cute! I am the same way, everytime I go to target I end up finding all kinds of cute stuff and spending waaaay more that I anticipated. Oops! :)

I just got home from Target with the intentions of getting Desitin and batteries and came home with $50 worth of clearance items and no batteries!
So so cute! I went to Target the other day and made cute-cute bouquet tags from their scrapbooking stuff! YAY!
I LOVE Target! I just went today and even though I only went for water filters and paper towels, I still came home with picture frames for our table numbers and river rocks for the centerpieces. ;)

Love that! Isn't Target the best!?! Same thing happens to me, sometimes I have to remind myself to stick to my list and walk away. Glad you found all those goodies though, the frame looks great.

More stuff for my scrapbooking DIY projects! Target is awesome for this kinda stuff... I got really cool scrapbook letters for .99 for a pack of 26, fun glittery black scrapbooking paper for .99, little cupcake/treat decorations for around $3... then lookie what I came home and made:
