@7SEVENJ9: Thank you! Monday went well! I started my diet and workout schedule... so far so good!!!!!
@kcoconut: Cool! How much are you trying to lose? What exercises do you do? I mostly jog/run and ride my exercise bike.
I was away all weekend too. I ate like an absolute beast and tomorrow I'm starting with a new trainer...EEK!!!

@pinkandsparkly, good luck - I'm not gonna lie, I'm terrified to go to a trainer, but I bet it would be awesome. I stick to my Jillian Michaels DVDs but I feel like a trainer would push me harder.
@kcoconut - I've been doing Ripped in 30 by Jillian for the last 3.5 weeks and combined with moderately healthy eating, I've lost 5.2lbs and definitely feel tighter - taking my "after" measurements at the end of this week!
I have been doing 30-45 minutes on the elliptical, or if I get bored with it, I switch to the stairmaster. I will do weights 3 days a week with one day arms and shoulders, one day legs and butt, and one day core. I am trying to lose 15-20lbs by next June. I want to get back to my lean and mean weight!!!

So it is Thurdsay night, and this upcoming weekend, my FH and I are going to his parents cabin in the mountains for a much needed mini vacation. I COULD try to eat decent up there, and find a way to workout (chase mountain lions???), but let's be honest... I'm eating grilled cheese and drinking cocktails. Can't help it. Kind of deserve it.--- okay maybe not, but I don't want to have to stress myself out about it while everyone enjoys their pizza and beer!!! I did okay this week. Not great, but okay.
I am starting my diet and workouts regularly Monday, it will be done!!!
Somehow I feel more justified in my weekend gluttony if I vented that out.
