I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone who could be my twin but my husband saw someone that looked exactly like me when he was helping to clean up his grandmother’s house after Katrina.

not unless you count my dad 🙂

I’ve seen at least one person that looked almost identical to my little sister though. That was really odd.

I’ve worked with someone who looks exactly like me.. from the back!

A couple of years ago I was a little heavier (darn that Freshman 15) and had dyed my long hair really dark. My coworker and I had the exact same body shape, height, and hair color and length. I can’t tell you how many times I was called “Sara” only to turn around and realize they had the wrong person, haha.

One of my supervisiors at a job I had in high school/college looked like my older sister.  We got asked if we were sisters once every few weeks.  Then this summer, I worked at a camp with this girl who looked like she could be my little sister.  We got confused all the time… I must look like everyone!

The ironic part is my real sister and I look NOTHING alike! 🙂

My best friend’s little sister in her sorority and I look like twins.  Before I met her there was a picture of the two of them on my best friend’s dresser and I thought it was me! When my mom showed the picture to my dad, his reaction was, “Beth’s hair looks different.”  He didn’t realize it wasn’t me either!

That happened to me my sophomore year at college. I was completely confused why people were calling me Jamie, especially people I didn’t know, until someone told me that some girl looked almost exactly like me. I did meet her a few times, and apparently the same thing was happening to her.

I had some friends that even told me that they had said ‘hi’ to me, and I didn’t respond or looked at them weird. It was good to know that it was my “twin” and not me that ignored them.

I know it doesn’t really count since we’re related but I think it’s weird that myself and my dad’s cousin’s daughter look a lot alike. Someone I went to high school with approached her in a bar thinking it was me. I just find it strange because we are so distantly related.
