You don’t like your arm pits? Lol that’s the first time I hear that. I think your dress is pretty as it is!

Since your dress is very simple, I think it would look great with an off the shoulder lace shrug.  Something like one from Rosa Clara, pictured below.

However, I am not sure why you are self conscious.  Maybe you would feel more confident if you worked on toning your muscles.  You might want to start doing push ups and get a set of set 10 lb dumbells for arm work outs.

@jimjamjuju:  your arms look great. i wouldn’t cover yourself up because you are telling yourself you look bad, that is just a lie.

You can *totally* pull off a bolero or something like that with this gown! Plus, it will make it look all the more unique. 99% of the gowns out there are strapless these days, so whenever you do something with a sleeve/shoulder covering, it stands out from the crowd.

I found a removable lace overdress that I loved (pictures here). I wore it for the ceremony and the beginning of the reception, then removed it for dinner and dancing. It was great – like having two dresses in one, without the extra expense of a second gown!

You definitley can, I think it would be pretty.  But I also think it’s a beautiful dress without.
