eek...I honestly hate those and will have to do them all week (I'm on the flip side of that).
I've had to do things like...
what utensil would you be and why?
what's your favorite tv show?
what's the most interesting thing about you?
tell one interesting story about how you got one of your scars.
what's your most valuable (sentimental-wise) possession?
plus the whole name, year, major, hometown stats.
How about this game where you break into pairs and each person in the pair tells their partner 3 facts, 2 true and 1 false. The partner has to guess which one is false.
Miss Mouse - 2 truths and a lie is a great idea!
I also contemplated a "clean" version of "never have I ever" where they stand in a circle, with one person in the center. That person says "never have I ever....been on a roller coaster" and then everyone who HAS needs to move from their spot and run to a new one. The person without a spot is then in the center and has to say a "never have I ever."
I think a clean version of Never Have I Ever or Miss Mouse's suggestion sound good.
I was going to suggest two truths and a lie as well -- that one is always pretty fun!
I ended up using the "who am I" game...everyone had a name of a celeb, historical figure, cartoon, etc (like, Britney Spears, Elmo, Michael Jackson, etc) on a post it on their back, and by asking yes or no questions only they had to figure out who they were...so they had to walk around the classroom and interact with the other students. I think it worked out pretty well!

Ok, so I know this isn't really wedding related, but I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions...everyone here is so creative!
I am teaching an Intro Psychology class starting tomorrow (ahhh!), and I need some ideas for a good ice breaker activity to do with the students that will last about 20-30 minutes (maybe even a bit less). One that won't make them think that I am the most awful, dorkiest person in the world! (keep in mind, they are probably all college freshman...about 18 years old). Any suggestions??? I need some help!
