So instead of a candy buffet or a cake we’re doing an ice cream buffet because we don’t really like cake and LOVE ice cream!
My inspriation is this blog, but we’ll be doing it in a mint green:
My question to you is, what is the name of this box object, I have been scouring the internet and have been unable to find annnnything like it! Help!

They sort of look like old library card catalogues….. you can find them at yard sales, there’s a few on ebay too! What a great idea for your reception!

Thank you! I think I might stop by some antique stores and such this weekend, but a library card catalogue is definitely what this look like!

I have no idea what that is but I just want to say that I’M IN LOVE WITH THIS! I wanted an ice cream buffet so bad but our reception site already provides a very big pastry table and our cake – so it just seems like an unreasonable expense for us. Everyone knows that I’m addicted to ice cream so I’m hoping to at least do it at our rehearsal dinner.

I also have no idea, but LOVE LOVE LOVE.

ninerz113 I’m not sure how many guests you’re having or if this would be affordable for you, but I really wanted an icecream buffet but when I found out how expensive they are I got an idea from another bee who is serving those mini ice creams at her reception. Maybe you can do this at yours…

It’s probably too late, but I know that whatever that item is called, I have seen it in the Pottery Barn catalogue.
