- Wedding: April 2014
As my group of bridesmaids is particularly small and comprised only of the girls who are all equally special and important to me (my only sister, my FH’s two sisters), I’ve decided to keep things simple and not have a maid of honour.
Since leaving school and concentrating on work and study, I’ve lost touch with most of my friends and haven’t really made any new ones since (workplace group is mostly older, and I’ve been doing uni externally so haven’t really had the time or opportunity to “bond” with any classmates).
So… it looks like my bachelorette party will be a quiet affair! I guess I’d be organising it myself and I’ve no issues with that. I was only thinking maybe dinner and drinks and a typical girls night on the town (would definitely bring along my mum and FH’s mum too), which I think I’d be happy with, but I was wondering if any of you other Bees have some good ideas about what we could do together? We all live in the same city and as a small group are quite flexible so I guess anything goes!
What did you do/are you doing for your “smallish” bachelorette party?
