Why not stick with your short hair and make a pretty fascinator? I’m sure a good stylist could add a little wave to your hair, too, which would be totally cute. πŸ™‚

It also depends on your dress, your hair is cute now, love the bangs, you could always try hair extensions before you wedding and see how you like the look.   I think an updoo would look super cute on you.  I love waves and pin curls too.  sorry probably not much help, but I would match your hair to your dress.

Do you have your dress yet?

No idea what you style is like but…

I love this updo, because it is not really “up”

And I think this is super cute for short hair, very feminine. Just needs a hair clip or a nice headband.

These last 2 pictures are my hair inspiration for my wedding day. My hair is shoulder length and I will be adding some clip-in hair extensions for volume and a little length. The extensions work really well and or not uncomfortable.  The best ones are “made of “natural” hair.  Those look better and you can dye them to match your hair color perfectly.

Hope that helped some. >.>

There are just so many hair options! lol

If I were you, I wouldn’t grow my hair out much. You look SO cute with short hair, and if you like the way you look with short hair, why are you growing it out just because your mom wants you to?

I had this discussion with my hairstylist the other day. She said that she thinks it’s silly how brides try to grow their hair crazy long b/c of their wedding, even though it’s not who they are, and then the day after the wedding they’re running in to get it chopped off. And all because they are brainwashed to think it’s what a “bride” does.

The pictures above of the short hair brides should be proof that you can look gorgeous on your wedding day with the hair you have now.

My hair is very similar to yours. I go back and forth between growing it out and leaving it short for the big day. I can almost guarentee I will end up with hair from The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo haha. Right now I am thinking that I will wear a birdcage veil for the ceremony and a flower hairpin from TwistedCrystals If I do decide to grow it out, I will either be doing a bob with bangs or a fingerwave, but I seriously doubt that will happen. Honestly, I love the way you have your hair in the first picture πŸ™‚

I have a box of red hair dying sitting here staring at me waiting for me to stop being lazy and laying on the Bee LOL. My hairstylist jokes that I should just buy a wig for the wedding since she knows I won’t grow out my hair. The last time I tried to grow it out, I told her to tell remind me how awful I feel with long hair and how having my hair short makes me feel like “me”. Its just fun and sassy and playful and… unique. We can rock our short hair together πŸ™‚

Here is some short hair inspiration for you. I drool everytime I see this: Wonderland Shoot I showed my guy and he was like “You aren’t going to be wearing black  tights, right?” Welll….. I was debating it until he said that. So now, “No, of course not, sweetie”. Oh the sacrifices we make.
