You can do years and put pics of you and your fiance (and your dogs) for each corresponding year in picture frames with the numbers on top of the picture frame... I don't have any pictures but I was thinking of doing something like that for mine.
A few ideas: places you've visited with corresponding pictures, the word "love" in different languages, important locations for the two of you (where you met, each of your hometowns, where you're honeymooning, your favorite restaurant, etc)

Places you've visited, places you'd like to visit, college names/mascots, favorite restaurants, sports team, hobbies, movies, books, inside jokes, songs, bands... w/ explainations behind the table names. Have also loved the picture table numbers some Bees have done (Mrs. Lovebug, etc.) and inserted numbers.
You could do a dog theme---different types of dogs as the names of the table. However, unless you have many different types of dogs pictures of yours would be on only a few of the signs.
Whatever you choose, I think that all the tables should have a unified type obvious to all the guests, even if there are deeper meanings for the two of you (so if you chose important locations, maybe make them all cities---where you were born, met, family heritage, honeymoon, etc).
I dont really have a theme, but wanted a twist on the whole 'numbers' thing. So my fiance and I are going to take pictures of us making the shapes of the numbers with ourselves and props. Black and White. Thought it would be cute.

I am looking for ideas of how we can name our tables (with pics of our dogs, too).
The only theme I can come up with is "things we love" and that might be too broad.
