    It's all about Etsy!

I got a gorgeous hairpiece from seller Portobello.

I got mine from Etsy seller LiveInStyle.  And she was more than happy to customize things for me.

We bought ours from Etsy as well, but the selection at JCrew has blown me away this year!  Also, surprisingly, Forever 21 has some really, really cute ones!

I was going to suggest putting out an alchemy request on Etsy with a description of the type of headband you're going for and see what creative ideas people come up with! I've always been impressed with the results I get from alchemy requests!

Agree with the girls! Etsy is amazing!

I just got this one... but had it custom made into a headband instead of having it tie. AMAZING and so sparkly!

I've never heard of esty before. haha. I would try Clair's/Icing...most malls have one. I think Icing is the one that would have the most stuff for you. Try craigslist.com and David's Bridal as well.

    hello,

this is a local import store here in dallas; they've got super cute purses, jewelry, luggage, hair accessories and sunglasses and stuff.  online they've got quite a bit to choose from, but the actual store is huge and almost overwhelming.  great prices, though.

and it is a legit site and all.  i wouldn't hesistate ordering from them.

Another great site is www.carolinealexander.net.  I have her make me a silk flower bracelet with a beautiful rhinestone center.  The rhinestone was vintage and it made my dress look beautiful.  Contact them, they are so great to work with and they are full of ideas.  Their belts were just featured in Victoria Magazine.
