We are having an outdoor wedding in just a few weeks YAY! We are using water tanks that we got from worldmarket.com (drink dispensers).
QUESTION! How do we keep the beverages cold? I didnt want to use ice because I didnt want to water them down but I need something to stand up to this crazy heat we have been having. They will be under a tent but no option to move them inside (no AC). ideas?????
We dont have a caterer to address this question

There are plastic covered ice cubes. So when the water inside melts, they don’t dilute the drinks.

Freeze some of the beverage. If you have a pan for a bundt cake (the round cake with the hole in the middle) that will be small enough to fit inside of the container that would be a really pretty option. Fill the pan (or regular ice cube trays) with lemonade, stick it in the freezer. Plop in the lemonade cubes to keep the drink cool without watering it down… the same works for iced tea. Not such a good option for a fizzy drink though. And if you need to keep adult beverages cool, freeze some of the mixer – remember that alcohol won’t freeze so well.
There are also “cool sticks” that you can buy at Walmart – they’re in the aisle with igloo coolers – you freeze the plastic sticks, then submerge them in the drink containers. They are fully sealed, so they don’t melt. But I’ve only seen them in neon colors… So they might not be the look you’re going for!

they make containers that have a core on the in inside you can put ice into and then it sits on a base that you can also put ice in, we got them on sale at bed bath and beyond and they were great!! and nice looking

@UmbrellaMoon: This is what I was thinking too, make ice out of the lemonade, iced tea, or juice, as it melts it won’t water down the drinks.

You can also freeze the lemon slices.
