i don't know anything about them but why don't you contact the florist directly to get in touch with the bride? i bet that they would help you out!
You could try uploading an image of the shoes (crop out as much as possible so just the shoes are visible) to like.com... if you haven't considered that already!
They look like Kate Spade, but I'm not 100% sure. I agree with asking the florist or you could also check the comments of the post and see if the bride replied. It's fairly common for a bride to comment after her wedding is shown. Then you could email her directly.

Hi Bees,
Can you help me identify these shoes?? I only have one picture of them via the Bride's Cafe from May 2008. The picture was from a blog entry in which a florist showcased her work so there is no mention of the bride, photographer, shoes, etc.
Does anyone know who makes these shoes? Thank you!
