hey! those are my colors for my june wedding thats so cool!
theknot.com has a lot of pictures of blue weddings check it out!
while it would usually make me think of a winter wedding, it's a fairly classic combo that could be used pretty much anytime
I think it would really depend on the way you incorporated those colors via the textures of things. If you had lots of shimmery fabrics & feathers, for example, I would think more winter wedding.
If you did natural fabrics & flowers, I would see it more for a summer wedding.
I think it'll be really pretty! Bkgraham hit it on the head when she said it depended on how you incorporated the colors! As much as I love feathers, I wouldn't pair them with those colors for summer.
As long as its not blue, silver and white with snowflakes and tinsel... you could definitely reflect it for a a summer wedding. I agree, make an inspiration board so those who question it can see your vision!

Pastels are traditionally summery and ice blue is no exception. If you want that color scheme then use it.
I was in a wedding a couple of years ago and they had a really light blue colour. It was pretty!
