It doesn't bother me. It's a show vs personal. I don't think because of his personal life it makes him less likely to do his job (which happens to be acting). I love bones and still watch it.
I also don't see something bad with a politican when he doesn something wrong in his personal life versus what he does for his job. It's two different subjects that I believe should be separated.
What about the whole Brad/Angelina/Jennifer Aniston thing??? I was never a fan of Angelina J much before and I HATED her after that. Hadn't seen a Brad pit movie since it happened, until FI dragged me to Inglorious Bastards. I mean, Jennifer Aniston? Who does that to her! No one puts baby in the corner......
@Swiss Miss to Bee: Although, J. Aniston needs to stop doing rom-coms where she's trying to get pregnant/start a family/etc. It's a little too close to life...at least, according to tabloids, haa. I feel for her, though. She seems like such a sweet lady.
eh, true. I guess it's hard for ppl to stop seeing her as the "Rachel" type. I always enjoy her movies though!
Aw yeah that was a good one. I mean she has tried to do serious roles but no one seems to take her...well, seriously when she does! ANY who....what other actors have cheated....? Or sports, oh god don't get me started on Tiger! lol
This happens to me too sometimes. Oddly enough, one of the few I don't really blame or look down upon is Brad Pitt. I have such a girl crush on Angelina I would've done the same thing if I was a guy
I don't think he and Jennifer Aniston were really well paired. She was a little too plain for him.
The other exception is Bill Clinton. Not an actor, but someone in the public eye. I admire him as a politician, and I also have a lot of respect for Hilary, but his philandering did not make me like him any less. Maybe because he took such undeserved slack for something that really had nothing to do with how well he did his job as president.
meliss: that is exactly who I was thinking about! I just didn't want to peg one because there have been several others...
@meliss: You just said everything I was thinking, haha.

Hello girls, I am just wondering if I am alone on this. I used to LOVE the TV show Bones, but I found out the leading man cheated on his wife in real life, and he is supposed to be a sweet romantic interest. Ever since I found out he cheated on his wife, I just can't watch the show anymore because I can't stop thinking... "what a jerk!" every time I see him. It totally ruined the show for me.
I don't know if this is just because I have been cheated on in the past or what, but what about you ladies. If an actor cheats on his wife or an actress on her husband, does it make it hard to watch them in a show/movie? Or am I crazy and you have no problem seeing past it?
