I would tell people to leave their kids at home with some random nanny 😀

And also, I would tell people to give me money instead of gifts. K, thanks

haha

not send out thank you cards, it takes a lot of time and I have terribly messy writing.

I wouldn’t invite my cousins who I don’t talk to but are invited to stay consistent

@HoneyBear: they really do need a like button on here!

Lucky for us, where we live it usually goes gifts for the shower and money for the wedding. People rarely give gifts for the actual wedding.

I love this. People are making me a bridezilla this week.

I’d start cutting all the courtesy invites, and then cutting anyone made me even a little mad. And if I got asked about why they weren’t invited, I’d tell the truth instead of the nice stock answer of budgets, size, etc.

I’d invite only the part of the couple I liked, and not invite the spouse or FI that I didn’t.

I’d tell everyone to leave their kids home as well.

Start demanding money instead of gifts. I can’t think of anything else right now, but I would be absolutely evil.

@satsumaflower: You know, I have thought that so many times. We need a “like” button! lol

I would flat out tell my bridesmaids that they are indeed responsible for throwing my shower and that it has to be an english garden theme with lovebirds and green fake grass topiary.  I will politely hint at it instead.  😉

I thought of another one. I’d so get falling down, out of control, giddy drunk at the reception. It’s my party, after all.

I would cut our guest list wayyyyyyy down even though everyone got save the dates.  I also would put in HUGE letters where we are registered and also that we love cash.
