This is not a diet goal.
I am a new mom and I am planning our wedding as well, and I thought to myself the other day- hey! I’m a grown woman! Who did I think I wanted to be when I became a grown up? Am I that person?
I came to the conclusion that in the coming months, on top of planning for our big day, I need to strive to be the best individual person I can be (based on my own thoughts), to help our marriage stay strong. (We are perfect for each other, I want it to last forever, and I want to be a more rounded, better role model for the bebe)
so here goes nothin’…
1- stop swearing
3-keep up with the housework…especially laundry
4-finish my professional designation correspondence course before returning to work from Mat leave (Canada)
5-ease up on the junk food a bit…. its unrealistic to cut it out…I would die.
6- start a routine of baking on Sundays… I love sending the mr. to work with a homemade treat, and think its an excellent time to make memories with bebe and future bebes.
7-get involved in the community…I need to meet people and feel like I want to do something for the elderly at our local seniors centre. I volunteered at 2 long term care homes back in high school and really enjoyed it..otherwise do something to help with hometown spirit or local holiday celebrations..
I know most brides to be are focused on venues and shoes…I guess I’m weird. I’m wearing my old cowboy boots down the aisle- and the only detail that really matters to me is that the mr. knows how much he means to me and how grateful I am for him to be the one and only for the rest of my life <3.
