The wedding is barrelling down on me! Today I made frantic phone calls to the DJ and the florist, and my photographer is going out of town until RIGHT before the wedding so I've been scrambling to get a list to her of must-have shots (I got her the family shots we need, but then I read Mouse's post on detail shots she didn't ask for and thought, OH NO I need to get her that list, too!). I know it doesn't sound like a lot, but I also had to register for the Bar exam today, get info from my law school on how to change my name before graduation, and find a lawyer to act as a reference (who isn't a former supervisor, which is harder than I thought it would be--people just don't like to return phone calls when you are asking for favors ;).

AND I hand-calligraphed 165 place cards today. My hand hurts. :(

Anyone else going nuts?

Awww no! As a fellow lawyer, I can honestly say that I have mad respect for you for planning a wedding and getting married during the middle of your third year. Maybe I can act as your reference if the other lawyer doesn't call you back :)

Oh my goodness! This was me last week! I felt like everday I got closer to the wedding, the faster my head felt like it was spining (if that makes even any sense?). I talked to my good friend who just got married on NYE and she totally sympathized with me and made me feel so much better for feeling like I was loosing my marbles. Hang in there Miss Spaniel! You can do it!!! I feel so much better this week than last week, and our wedding is now four days away! You'll reach your calm soon . . .
