I originally wanted the pink Martha Stewart cake but were were quoted about $15 a slice!  Our second choice was much more budget friendly at about $10.

What would your dream cake look like if money was no object?

I would have a dessert buffet by Jin Patisserie and a cake by Sylvia Weinstock because I love her and he cakes are absolutely scrumptious!

If money was no object I would want a GIGANTIC shoe display, only the shoes would be edible.  Each one would be a different design, from Jimmy Choos to Christian Leboutins.  And each "cake shoe" would have a label on it good for one pair of shoes from Bergdorf Goodman's.  Oh yeah, I'm crazy, but tell me that wouldn't be an AWESOME desert bar!!

Yeahhh we originally wanted this damask type cake and they quoted about $8/slice which is still good compared to yours but...where we are regionally (and for us) that's way expensive!

I think I'd want a mehndi inspired cake (I LOVE this one), but really, I'd go to "I Dream of Cake" in SF and let them do whatever the heck they wanted. Everything there is AMAZING.

Honestly, I really don't care what it looks like as long as it's YUMMY! I've tried the cake I'm having and I know it will be pretty and also delicious, so I'm happy. I don't have fancy cake dreams.
