So, I’m following the long list of other brides and trying for the coveted ‘blue shoes’. Sadly, I’ve come across a few problems.
1) “blue” for me means that Tiffany blue that is somewhere between a teal and a green. It’s not an easy color to find.
2) I’m not quite sure what kind of shoe to wear with my dress. It’s VERY flowey and not super structured, so I feel like an intense pump might be a little too much.
So now girls- help me out!
First here is the dress:
Chiffon for days and pretty little rhinestones detailing the bust and hip.
Here is the first pair of shoes I ordered:
That special blue – along with a green that looks VERY similar to my other wedding color pick.
But then I started thinking about how much I love the rhinestone detailing on the dress, and that maybe my shoes should reflect that. Along the way I found these pics:

OK – so they aren’t the “blue” but they ARE dyable! And I began to think that not only do the rhinestones match the dress better, but these types of strappy heels might work better with the grecian feel of the gown.
So what do you think? Dye a flashy strappy number blue, OR add some bling to the babies I already ordered?
