In the hairstyle section, they'd ask for advice on how to get the biggest poof!
This is SO what I want to do with my bridesmaids! The poofy sleeves are the perfect amount of "poof"!
I wonder what, if any, of the styles we think are pretty now will be outdated in the future?
ok I can't get this picture to upload, but it's the first one at this link:

@jduck -- I'm not sure what, but I'm sure some will. It's inevitable. :)
We'd probably be like, wow, this is the best BM dress ever!

Or, this would be so lovely for a spring wedding!

I'm sure the things we are doing now are going to be laughed at. Even though now, we wonder how that is even possible. I am really thinking about brown tuxes, but I know that is something that my children are going to think was hideous probably.
Sadly, I was a flowergirl in a wedding VERY similar to the second picture I posted, lol. Instead of the flowers, I carried a little lace umbrella in the church, though, lol.
Could you all please recommend some songs for our bridal party to do an entrance to? I really can't decide between Wham! or Culture Club.
@rmw My dad had a brown tux (wedding was in 1975)...don't go there. My mother's bridesmaid dresses were peach. The pictures are certainly memorable!
@rmw if you are serious about the brown tuxes, I went to a wedding earlier this year and the groom and groomsmen wore brown tuxes, everyone made fun of the bride all night. Poor girl.
Those gold lame dresses!? Hilariously 80's. As a matter of fact, my mom wore a very similar dress, albeit in dark teal, as MOH for my aunt's wedding in 1982. ;)

So Mr. Bee's post about Princess Di's wedding had me thinking if we could look at wedding blogs from the 80's what would they look like? What kind of questions would we see on the boards, pictures? Just for fun lets pretend.
"I found the dress, this is on another bride...she just doesn't do it justice"
