I think you’re fine! I ordered mine Early August last year for my June wedding. It took 8 months to come in (most places I think are 4-6 months) and alterations took about two weeks. Don’t sweat it ๐Ÿ™‚

Most places can get a dress in 4-6 months. I ordered mine the end of feb and it arrived the end of last month.

@SoontobeMrsA: you have time =) I got mine so early because I feared it would take a year or so to pay it off… I actually am not sure how we paid it off already but our budget is so small for our wedding if we would have waited I wouldn’t have had a dress at all. If I could have waited I would have… to avoid dress regret and to lose weight first. Take your time enjoy shopping!

@SoontobeMrsA:  it might be that easy, you never know!  and i agree you dont need to worry. i ordered my dress in october, it came in the end of february (i think) and i and i month and a half for alterations. something like that anyway.
