…what would they be? One thing about your personality and one thing about your appearance.
If I could change anything about my personality, I would give myself confidence. I have a problem worrying what people are thinking of me, being embarrassed for not looking the way i think I should look and so on.
For my appearance I would change my breast size; I have micro mini’s. I’d like a little something up there!
EDIT: Changed the question a little!!

I would have less anxiety.

@Rubbs: Me too! I’m constantly freaking out. It is no fun!

Less of a stomach pouch (based on surgery I had when I was very little).

Only one? I am cheating. For my personality, I would make myself worry less and stop being such a stress case. For my body, I would change the whole thing (hey, it is one big thing :P).

physically, I would get rid of my disgusting chin hair. Thanks PCOS.
personality-wise, I would change my high anxiety levels.

I’d have more confidence.
Looks wise, I’d have no undereye circles/eye bags. I guess I just need to bite the bullet and go in for some sort of eyebagodectomy.

@Artificial-Sweetener: I would have clear skin! I have tried EVERYTHING under the sun and do everything right and I still have regular breakouts! Luckily, I have become a walking optical illusion thanks to makeup ;P

@MrsPanda99: You are cheating, but that’s a big one I would change too. I am always worrying about something!

@TattedNYBride: Isn’t makeup a wonderful thing? Eff acne!

I’m cheating too.
Personality: I’d give myself more confidence.
Body: I wish I didn’t carry all my weight in my stomach. I get tired of random people asking me when I’m due…

I’d give myself a better brain-to-mouth filter. I’m very sarcastic, dry, and direct with my comments (sometimes even catty/bitchy) and people around me have been known to take offense. So I’d like a “nice/polite” filter for my conversations. That way I can still be me in my own head, but not have others get upset with me.

I’d be an emotionally stronger person…. less anxiety and the ability to just “forget” it and move on would be awesome.
but body wise… i wouldn’t be lactose intolerant.

@SouthernGirl: You’re not a cheater anymore, I changed up the question. 🙂 I think one of each is a great idea!

@Kate0558: OOOh that’s a good one!… Doesn’t it suck to be lactose intolerant? Do you still eat dairy or did you cut it out completely?
I take those lactaid pills every time I eat dairy, they have helped a lot but are a pain in the ass.
