If I wasn’t doing moss green/chocolate/ivory

I would do orange/fuscia/yellow

Ooo, poppy and aqua, which has been all over the Bee posts recently.  It’s summery and fresh (because our wedding is in August), and reminiscent of July 4 (or, earlier in the summer — also perfect for our Philly wedding).

That said, I love our color selection — orange and purple, with red and light green accents.

I was just thinking about this queation the other day actually. I have been so tunnel visioned with everything pink and brown (our scheme) I have been SO drawn to yellow lately! Too late for me to change BUT I hope someone uses this for a summer wedding. I LOVE it!

Right now I’m liking the Martha Stewart Aqua and Poppy.  Maybe it’s because we just registered for some of her stuff, but that blue and red combo is pretty sweet.

We’re doing black, persimmon, and watermelon.  I love these colors, but…

Earlier this week I saw two sets of invitations that made me wish we hadn’t picked those colors. One set was chocolate and aqua, and the other set was chocolate and celadon. Can you tell I like brown?

We did crimson/champagne/chocolate brown, but if I could do something else it would be black/white/crimson or black/white/celedon green…my eyes are green so the green would probably help them pop even more.

I second the aqua and poppy! I wanted to go that route but the Mister wasn’t a fan. Now I wish I would’ve talked him into it more.

We are doing Truffle & Aqua (Going for Tiffany Blue, but finding that color hard to find!).  I like our colors but had the hardest time picking!! I think any colors look good if they are well coordianted.  But I think Black & White is classic!  & Red is so pretty!

We’re doing black/white/clover.

I really rallied for chocolate brown/light green or chocolate brown/light blue in the beginning but the FI was not a big fan.

After a few pictures I’ve seen lately (like kristink posted), I love the light yellow and light blue combination.  I wish it wasn’t too late to change!

I’m also loving the aqua/red (poppy) combo…actually, it just ended up in our kitchen 🙂

Also love a pale turquoise & yellow scheme…so pretty!

I’m with a few of the other bees with the aqua & poppy combo.  So great!  I also like slate grey & light yellow.

If our venue was different (a city venue rather then beach) I would have done Black, pale pink and grey  rather then our more preppy Navy Blue, Grey and Fuschia

I would do lavender and steel grey, those were my parents colors. They were too hip.

Recently I’ve seen so many beautiful color combinations, that I would never have thought to put together but am totally jealous of now!  My colors are chocolate brown, purple, and ivory, which I still love but if I had a second wedding, I’m thinking I’d do black and white, with pops of lime green.
