I could NOT decide. Either it would be the Louboutins I drool over, or a pair of my favorite flip flops also . No, make that instead a pair of my fave new balance hiking all terrain shoes..nope..make that my merrills.

basic black haviana flip flops. It's what I live in now since I don't have to go into an office! 
I had a pair of sneakers in high school that I loved so much I almost never took them off. They were platform sneakers and made me feel sooooo tall (they added like 3 inches to my height!), and they were sooooo comfortable that I could wear them for hours and hours without my feet hurting at all. They were black and white, and I don't even know what brand they were but I do remember they were very cheap. They died after about two years of use :( If I could find those same exact shoes anywhere again, I would totally buy them (three or four pairs, to have backups, lol), and wear them every day for the rest of my life.
Heh do you really call them feetsies? That's pretty funny... :-)
I can't find them but they would be something like:
-brown and black in color (so they would match every purse I have)
-platforms (because regular heels KILL my feet)
-open toed and open heeled
If I see 'em, I'll post 'em. 
It would be hard for me to choose between my old nasty Rainbows (love those things) or a good pair of tennis shoes...New Balances in particular.

I guess I do (and I guess its a little weird) - my FI started calling my feet "feetsies" and I do now, too, apparently. But my feet are size five, so if there were ever feetsies, mine are them!
definitely flip flops- i'm honestly partial to the ones you get for $2.50 a pair at old navy. i can't imagine how people can keep their feet confined in shoes all day. winter just makes me want to die. i used to kick off my shoes the minute i got to the office :)
I would love to say the Chloe platforms that I bought this season {black with a brown wedge} because they go with everything, but I think I'd have to say black flip flops from JCrew. I love wedges, but I can't wear heels all the time.
Any pair of Repetto shoes - they are so incredibly comfortable and beautiful! Although maybe not the "zizi" ones - they are probably my least favorite style...
My Brooks make my life :) I wear them to work in the winter, to run, to the grocery store, um.. everywhere.

Um, I guess I'd have to say my running shoes 'cause I imagine it would be pretty painful to run barefoot. But ugh how I hate wearing sneakers otherwise. I suppose I could just go barefoot everywhere else :)
I don't have pictures, but I like flip flops with the bamboo because they form to my feet. SO comfortable!!
This might be embarassing, but I think I have to choose my Uggs. I know they're not for everyone, but they're SO comfy. I have the tall classic Uggs in sand.
Reef "butter" flip flops. Have always owned at least 1 pair at a time for the last 10 years or so!

Steve Madden flats- used to wear "Bees" for like three years, but switched to "Miraa" and they're fantastic, just have to buy them all off of ebay, since they aren't made anymore!
I honestly love being barefoot! It's effing hot in Texas, and wearing shoes makes it worse. I wish I could go out in public without shoes!
Definetly my nike air moto running shoes, I have 5 pairs of them because I run so much but I can make any outfit look cute in my shoes!
Shoes that we already own?? I think these are my faves... (they always make me feel sassy, though the style won't have much longevity compared to almost all my others-except the HOT pink ones next to them, I suppose!) AND as for shoes I don't own...OH THE POSSIBILITIES!!!

It would have to be running shoes, because I can't live if I can't run/work out.
But if I could also have a pair for sentimental reasons, it would be my green Vans that I've had since I was in 7th grade (10 years -- and I still wear them ALL the time). I'm not into shoes like many women are. I rarely wear heels, I can't walk in flip-flops, I don't drool over expensive shoes. I collect Vans. I have about seven pairs, each in a different color. I can coordinate them to any outfit. And they're SO comfortable.
