I think normally you should offer to feed anyone that is working at your wedding. It is a good idea to e-mail the vendor and ask if they will be rotating during supper so they can eat. Chances are not too many people are going to be having their photo's taken when there is delicous food to eat!

My photo booth rental is for the entire reception - 5 1/2 hours. I plan on offering a full meal to my DJ, Photographer, and Videographer. My question is the contract says the photo booth is open during dinner - so I'm not sure how to handle the 3 staff assigned to the photo booth. I was going to email the vendor and ask if they would have a chance to eat, but wanted to see if any bee's ran into this situation? Thanks for your help!!
