...what would it be? (Can you tell I'm bored today?)
This isn't technically makeup, but if I could do only one thing I would curl my eyelashes. For me I think it makes the biggest difference.
Blush! Nars orgasm blush, to be specific. It makes such a huge difference--makes me look like an actual human in the morning, lol.
Tinted lip balm or gloss! If I don't have something on my lips, I look like I'm ill.
mascara. i have very light eye lashes so mascara makes a world of difference
I'm jumping on the band wagon and saying mascara!
Or, under eye concealer. I get major dark circles under my eyes that I hate.
under eye concealer/tinted moisturizer. I have decent eye lashes without mascara but get dark circles under my eyes...
I often do leave the house without any makeup... I can be pretty lazy sometimes.
But I would definitely say that curled eyelashes and mascara make a HUGE difference on almost everyone!
Hands down Mascara! I have practicaly invisible blond eye lashes, I need my Mascara.
CONCEALER 
If I don't have it on I immediately hear, "are you tired?" "do you not feel well?" "you look exhausted" NO, PEOPLE I HAVE PERMADARK CIRCLES, LOL
Lipstick/lip gloss. My lips are almost invisible without it and it looks kind of weird.
Sunscreen (nerd alert!)--my sunscreen has a little bronzer in it, so it helps keep my skin looking fresh.
Blush. I'm very pale, and adding that bit of color to my cheeks makes a world of difference by brightening things up a bit.
A close second is chapstick :)
I never wear any makeup, so I would be happy leaving with chapstick - if you can consider that makeup, which I'm sure isn't.
Check 1 for foundation/base. It helps my face perk up when I'm having a bad hair day.
I don't wear any makeup and actually rarely wear makeup. So I'm cool with leaving the house with nothing.
The only thing I ever bring with my is lotion.
definately mascara! I must say my eyes are the best part of my face! lol
Foundation. But does chapstick count? Cuz I'm addicted and have it with me every day, all day. Like, if I don't have it I go crazy. Then I go to the nearest convenience store and buy some....
mascara hands down. I don't wear much foundation/blush/bronzer. My skin has a pretty good complexion on its own so thats more of a special occasion thing. And I've never found a lipstick or gloss i like that much. Usually I just do my eyes and chapstick. But mascara i feel makes me look awake.
@hilsy85: Me too (well not the brand) But the blush cant leave home without it!
