...do you feel like it was too long? Fi and I are wanting to take a 12 day European cruise, and we both love cruising, but will we be sick of the boat after 12 days?

We have been on cruises for 10-14 days, and we had the same fear. We have done it three times though, and we are never sick of it!! It starts to feel sooo homey and we end up making more friends on the longer ones that we want to keep in touch with.

We are doing Europe too....the Mediterranean in June of this year. :)

We went on a 12day Mediterranean cruise last February and it was amazing! I wish it would have been longer! I never got sick of being on the ship, because we got off the boat in different ports almost every other day. I was an awesome experience!

@Hurley_gurly9:  We did a 12 day Med cruise too, and it was AWESOME. I think the key was that every city we went to (7 total) had something great to offer. And we were so exhausted from our shore days that the sea days were a welcome rest!

I have to say, we did a 7 night Caribbean cruise that actually felt a bit too long--I think it's all about whether the ports are interesting enough to keep you going. The ship should be secondary to the destinations, whereas in the Carribbean I feel like it's all about the ship.

We went on a 20 day Caribbean cruise for our honeymoon...and if I could have stowed away on that ship and never left the Caribbean, I would have!

The excursions keep you busy on days you're in port, and when you're at sea, the ships are decked out with all kinds of things to see and do. We're already planning our next cruise!
