I've had 2. The first ones came back mild (or whatever the least severe is). The second time they came back moderate to severe.
I still had mild dysplasia after the procedure, but no changes. I actually stopped going after the first year :-( Luckily I recently had a check up and everything was normal.
They did a LEEP procedure - which is where they laser off the bad cells. The way doctors do it differs. But mine, who I swear by, did it as a same day out patient procedure. THey put me to sleep to do it. I was in and out in a few hours, and had little to no pain afterwards. I had it on a Friday, and even went to the movies that night!
It was about 5 years ago, and I've had normal results ever since.

How were the results (if you don't mind sharing)? I just got my results back and I was wondering if anyone else has had similar ones.
