@masterteee2013:  I just called – and they said it comes through email.  They will be sending me the email “again” in 10-14 days.

Kohl’s is AWFUL.  I originally registered there which was a fiasco in itself, but when I got home and looked over 75% of everything we scanned was not only not available online, but, “Item no longer available.”  Wtf?  I deleted everything and registered elsewhere.  I wrote to Kohl’s about it and I got a snarky response.  I love the store, but their registry and customer service is unbearable.

@masterteee2013:  I’ve e-mailed Kohls three times.  Every time they say it will come.  Still hasn’t.  I’m contacting Better Business Bureau.

@masterteee2013:  I have very few items on my kohls registry.  But I hate how when people buy stuff offofyour registry online it gets mailed to my house and there is no options for them to get it to their house. So annoying. They said the only way that someone could send it to them is if they call up or buy it online themselves then call to get it checked off of the registry. So frighten annoying. Isn’t the point of buying online the convenience of not having to call.

@masterteee2013:  ugh that sucks. So very annoying. I don’t get why they do that. I like the BB&B registry better

@masterteee2013:  After three e-mails to customer service at Kohls and being told “I”ll receive it shortly”, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  Kohls responded to the complaint my saying that I’d receive it shortly.  I waited three days, then told Better Business Bureau I still hadn’t gotten it.  It came two hours later.

Funny thing is that it came to the e-mail that I registered with Better Business Bureau, not Kohls (I check both regularly).  It seems like it is something Kohls does manually, not automatically.

I encourage anyone else that doesn’t get their rewards to contact the BBB.  It worked for me 🙂

@Ennie:  Good to know. I guess I’ll have to do that when the time comes. I don’t get why they have such crappy customer service. Ugh.

I’ll have to keep this in mind. I don’t mind Kohl’s as a store, but the only reason we registered there is because FMIL was insistent on it. Ugh.
