Also, I think *most* large financial institutions have started similar programs for people affected by the storm. So if anyone is having problems, misses a payment, or overdraws an account, call your bank immediately because they can probably help you!

Thank you so much for posting this– I have to say I love AES. They have been nothing but wonderful to work with. And I paid off my next to last state loan with them today! They are only so helpful with problems, unlike the federal call centers that have a happen of lying to me, but that is a whole ‘nother post!
