We are having two ring bearers! (No spreading of flower petals allowed at my venue). We are going to have my nephew carry my ring down the aisle, and my fiance's niece carry his :)
I was told that they actually carry fakes on the ring pillows? That the real ones are actually held by the best man so that the little ring bearers don't lose it. Is that true?
I have two ring bearers too. I'm going to have them each have their own ring bearer's pillow. Yes it's true that they should use fake rings especially if they are under the age of eight. They carry the fake rings on top of their pillows when they come in and they turn them upside down when they come out so that it looks like they delivered the actual rings.....
my boys are both having ring bowls and are carrying real rings (they are a bit older, BUT the rings won't be placed on the bowls until they are about to walk down the aisle :D)...
@fantatic: some people don't want the little ones to carry the real rings and will give them to their best man
I had 2 ring bearers and they both had pillows. Neither carried the actual rings, but I wanted them to carry something!

If you have two ring bearers......do you need two ring pillows? I'm starting to make my own ring pillow and just realized that either they somehow both carry the same pillow down the aisle or I make one for each of them to carry. Would that be weird?
