Depending on how cost-conscious your bridesmaids are, I vote for the salon. That will help ease their cost burden, and it's something you can enjoy together while having quality time!
i really do not like coach; do you know if your bridesmaids do? do you know if they have any need for the clutch (maybe they already have a lot of clutches, or even a similar coach clutch). i would love it if someone helped me out with the salon costs via the gift certificate.
I vote for the Clutch, but I love purses, and I think something that doesn't have to be centered around your wedding would be nice.
I vote for the clutch - I like gifts that are frivolous and unnecessary. If you were giving them a frivolous spa day it would be different but because they would use it for the wedding I vote for the clutch!
And I think a girl can never have too many clutches... or coach clutches for that matter LOL (I have 2 and would love to get another one!)
If your bridesmaids love coach then I say go with the purse! Personally I dont like coach so I would appreciate the salon more..but its totally a matter of personal preference!
I don't like Coach, so I wouldn't want that. But you said your BMs do, so I'd go for that. I don't really like gift certificates because they so clearly advertise how much you spent. But--are your BMs paying for their own hair? If so, I'd give them the gift certficate so they don't have to. If you're paying for their hair, then I think the clutch would be more fun.
The salon might be nice, but then it's gone (and on your wedding day). I think since it's a gift for their presence, it should be something that endures a bit more - the purse!
I vote for Coach. But a nice spa treatment at a salon would be cool, too... everyone (almost!) likes massages!

I picked the small coach purse. I think it's more of a keepsake. However, I may be a little biased as I am in dire need of a new clutch!
Well, I'm all about purses, but I think the salon idea is great too! Honestly, I think they'd both be wonderful gifts!!
I vote for the clutch because it seems more of a sentimental keepsake than the gift certificate.

So, I already bought my bridesmaids a necklace and earring set, and their shoes. I want to get them one more "bigger" gift. So, would you rather have a Coach clutch/wristlet or a gift certificate for the salon where we're getting our hair done?
I can get the clutches at the Coach outlet for around $50 a piece, so the other option is a gift certificate for $50. One is obviously more of a keepsake/fun, the other is more cost conscious. What do you think?
