Weddingbee boards

My FMIL is freaking out a little bit about the rehearsal dinner (don't know why, but she's stressing!) so FI and I are trying to figure out where we might want to do it, to give her a better idea of what it's going to cost. We're getting married at Vintage Villas in Lakeway and we want to do Mexican food - the Iguana Grill is very close and not too expensive, but we've heard mixed review on it.

Have any of y'all been there? Is it good or no?

@beav - thanks for the honest review! That's pretty much exactly what FI and I had heard about the food! I think next time we're in Austin we're going to go try it out just to see for ourselves, but from what we've heard so far we're thinking it's not going to work out.

Do you have any thoughts on other restaurants in the area that are affordable and GOOD? lol

I don't know much about Lakeway, but is the Oasis close enough to your venue?  It's a beautiful location and the food is pretty decent.
