Cute bed! I don't have an IKEA bed but my parents do have an IKEA bed (not sure of the style though) for one of their guest bedrooms that I have slept in a few times and I can say that I think it is great. It wasn't expensive at all but the quality is great, no complaints from any of their guests or myself.

FI and I currently have the IKEA Malm bed. After using some wood glue we didn't have any problems with its stability. We are upgrading to a bigger mattress and want a higher bed frame. Has anyone had a negative with the IKEA beds that are higher off the ground?
I really want this Crate & Barrel bed but can't justify the price

So I'm thinking about this IKEA bed instead
