Has anyone else become a crying fool when it comes to wedding stuff? I’m talking like… thinking about writing my vows – I cry. Thinking about SAYING my vows – I cry. Thinking about walking down the asile to the man I love – I cry. Thinking about our first dance – I cry. Everything makes me cry lately! Please tell me I’m not alone!

I have cried about the STUPIDEST things. I am usually pretty level headed but I’m finding everything emotional right now. Thinking about the ceremony usually does me in – any part of it. I keep telling my FI its happy crying but holy cow.

@CaroBee: I cried over a Cherrios commercial. I’m not pregnant so I really have nothing to blame it on other than just being happy!

@MrsConnolly2bee: Ha, I am totally the same and it’s embarrassing. I hear a song in the car and think about maybe playing it at our wedding… and cry. Watch Say Yes to the Dress, see a woman hug her mom when she finds her dress…and cry. I am NOT a crier generally, so I don’t know what is happening but I’m glad I am not alone.

When I was engaged, I cried about everything!! it was especially bad if I heard any of our songs (walking down the aisle song, first dance, after daughter dance), I would bawl like a baby!!
i was so nervous that all I would do all day at my wedding was cry, but that wasn’t the case at all. We wrote our own vows, and I thought for sure I’d break down reading them.. (I suck at public speaking), but I didn’t at all. In fact I only slightly teared up at the end of my husbands vows to me, but otherwise I was fine for the whole day.
Youll be alright!!

@MrsConnolly2bee: Seriously, UGH that Cheerios commercial. It makes me cry EVERY TIME! And DH keeps going “All of your parents and grandparents are ALIVE! Why are you crying?”
I am pregnant, though.

@BrandNewBride: See, my father passed away 5 years ago. So whenever I see I think,”What if my future child were to ask me that?!?!” and I LOSE IT!!! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I don’t think I’ll ever eat cherrios again.

I am not a crier except when it comes to animals. Every time I hear friggin’ Sarah McLachlan on tv I either run out of the room or change the channel really quickly. But when it involves people I just don’t get that emotional. Even at our wedding I was dry eyed the entire time. My aunts and dad cried though! Lol

I was the same way (maybe not blubbering… but definitely more emotional / teary than usual). But on my actual wedding day, I was just blissfully happy and didn’t cry at all.

Every time we do something for the wedding FI gets super sappy with me and says the mushiest things. If anyone is going to cry at the wedding (besides my mom, she always cries at weddings) it’s going to be him. I will then tease him about it forever muahahaha 😛

Yeah, I get super emotional just thinking about saying our vows, and all the little stuff.
I normally never cry, unless its over someone passing.
