@awakemysoul:  going to be honest here, I had some weird pains with cramps/spotting this month. I really though, ‘THIS IS IT.’

It wasn’t. Don’t obsess. I cried so much this morning my face was all gross and puffy (my poor DH). It hurts WAYYYYY more if you sit there an analyze EVERYTHING. Especially when it seems that every pain could mean that you’re pregnant…or that you’re not. Every pain, ache, and sniffle I’ve read about online are some of the same symptoms I’ve gotten–and I wasn’t KU’ed.

Obviously, I hope that this is your month and that everything you’re feeling IS a symptom, but I hate for anyone to feel the way I felt this morning.

I had crazy symptom spotting my first month TTC. I was freaking out like 50 times a day– “I’m pregnant!” “No, I’m not!” “Yes I am!” “”No I’m not!”

As it turns out, I was! But I also saw a lot of other girls get HEARTBROKEN because they weren’t, and they were convinced they were.

So good luck! It’s not over until AF shows!

O lord, I say it all the time, I am a pregnancy hypochondriac. And for whatever reason every cycle my PMS symptoms change so that makes me extra paranoid. Just keep waiting as very very hard as that is. I am on cycle try #2 and AF is due in about 5-6 days and I just have to keep waiting and NOT think every symptom is a sign of pregnancy. Otherwise I will drive myself insane!

@the_newlymintedmrs-s17:  Same thing happens here. I make sure to document EVERYTHING so I can go back and look at it the next month. When I don’t see that specific symptom I’m like OMG I DIDN’T FEEL THAT WAY LAST MONTH.

@Peffy:  LOL! Isn’t it awful?! If I’m this bad just TTC I’m going to be an absolute lunatic when I am pregnant!

@the_newlymintedmrs-s17:  it’s terrible. I’m almost looking forward to school starting next month so I don’t have all day to sit down and google every little ache or sniffle.

@awakemysoul:  I’m going to echo several pp and ask you to do yourself a favor and do your best not to symptom spot.  Last cycle was my first cycle on fertility drugs and I drove myself crazy with symptom spotting.  I convinced myself that I had to be pregnant and started testing early.  Each day I got a BFN, I was heartbroken.  This cycle I am determined to talk myself out of symptom spotting and wait for HPT till AF is due.  I know it’s hard, but it will be much better for you if you don’t get your hopes up.
